Cancellation Policy

# NO-SHOW, CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY To respect everyone’s time and the limited number of spots available at our events, all members and guests must provide at least **6 hours’ notice** if they can no longer attend an event they registered for. **Event registration fees are non-refundable.** If you cancel with less than 6 hours’ notice, do not attend an event without prior communication, or arrive **10 minutes or more after the scheduled event start time**, an additional **$20 fee** will apply. Event start times are the official time the event begins and are **not approximate or suggested arrival times**. Members and guests are expected to plan accordingly and should aim to arrive **10 minutes early** to allow time for parking, checking in, changing if required, and being ready to begin with the group.
