Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY To respect everyone’s time and limited event spots, we ask that all members and guests provide at least 6 hours notice if they can no longer attend an event they registered for. If you cancel with less than 6 hours notice or do not show up for the event without prior communication, a $20 cancellation/no-show fee will automatically be charged to the card on file. By registering for an event through Not Alone. Not Stuck., you acknowledge and agree to the following: • You are reserving a limited spot at the event • Last-minute cancellations impact event planning and other attendees • A $20 fee will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations • Repeated no-shows may result in loss of free event privileges or restricted access to future events If you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible so we can open your spot to someone else.
